ASI V-321 | ASI All Purpose Low Profile Black Retrofit Liquid Soap Valve
American Specialty All Purpose Low Profile Black Retrofit Liquid Soap Valve: shall dispense liquid and lotion soaps, synthetic detergents and antibacterial soaps
containing PCMX and/or Triclosan.
- Valve shall be constructed of a black ABS plastic valve body and push button with stainless steel and plastic internal parts.
- Valve body is equipped with an external 'O'-ring for sealing against face of soap dispenser.
- Piston shall have rubber seal rings and shall not rotate during operation.
- Valve shall be leakproof when not in operation and shall comply with ADA Accessibility Guidelines by requiring no more than 5lbsf (22.2 Newtons) of pressure to actuate and require no grasping or twisting by operator.
Installation:
- Unit is a replacement for the standard valve supplied with soap dispensers and is a direct replacement for soap dispensers originally equipped with a low profile valve.
- Lubricate O-ring seal with a slight amount of soap before screwing valve body into existing tank.
- Tighten valve using wrench flats on valve body until mild resistance is felt and valve spout points down.
Operation:
Soap is dispensed manually by depressing valve button until soap level drops below valve intake port.
